Ordering Packages
The status of all packages in the Brexis warehouse can be viewed at www.brexislogistics.com. You can now place orders for packages that will be received or place orders from a list of packages that have been received. The users that have ordered their packages before the packages arrive will be given higher priority than those who wait to place their order until after the packages arrive. Access to the web site requires logging in.

1 Getting logged in
1. logon to www.brexislogistics.com on a PC or your PDA
2. use the last 4 digits of your territory number as your user name such as 0218
3. use your first name (all lower case) as your password
4. see Joe if you can’t get logged in

2 Ordering packages before they arrive
1. use the “enter an order” button
2. enter the waybill numbers

3 To see the status of what you’ve ordered
1. use the “edit orders” button
2. remove incorrect or unwanted packages with the “delete” button
3. use “cancel” to return to the main page without changing your orders
4. packages that have been received have a “scanned” date

4 To move selected packages to a new order
1. use the "move orders" button
2. select the packages to be moved to a new order
3. use the "move" button or "cancel"

5 To see what packages are available
As packages are scanned in the warehouse, their waybills are compared with what has been ordered. If a package has been ordered, it will be put with other ordered packages from the same user. If a package has not been ordered, it will be put on the “order from inventory” list.
1. use the “order from inventory” button
2. select the package you would like to order
3. use the “order” button to place your order
4. use the “edit orders” button to verify your order

5 When an order is complete
As the packages are scanned, your orders will be updated. Use the “edit order” button to see the status of your packages. When an order is complete, request your order from Joe or John.
